In the last 9 days I jerked off 15 times, because I had a bad week. Now I feel very dizzy all the time and feel like I'm not "there". I'm not sure, if it's an effect from all the relapses or if I become sick. Has anyone ever experienced something like this? Could this be connected to relapsing?
I've had this before after porn binges. Especially if they've been long sessions with multiple tabs opened at once. For me it has been various elements that the cause the dizzyness but the underlying factor is the porn/fapping. So what I mean by that is, I've not eaten properly or drunk enough over the time period, because I've been looking at porn. I've not slept properly for a few days, because I've been looking at porn. I've not had enough sunshine or exercise, because I've been looking at porn... And like @Big Lebowski says, Dopamine levels are so low after all that.
You don't really want to increase it, you just want to get it back to a normal level. And you can get it back to that by giving your balls a rest for around 17 days...
I have to say that seems pretty out of control. Have you thought about what happened? Do you want to quit this habit?
yep, i even do it more lately simi;lar symptoms. just stop fapping and porn gonna fix it to an extent
