Today I feel great though I know I'm only at 70-80% happiness. I will focus on all the great things in my life to get me over the top once I wake up in a bit.

I am so grateful yesterday for this incredible moment where I was not in a good state and I recognized that and decided to turn it around. I was tired, hungry and a little worried about hearing the news that I might need to have back surgery soon. It was a perfect recipe for going home to my family and being in a negative state. In that moment I decided that I was going to be happy so I focused on all the great things in my life and was grateful for all that I had and all that I was.

Doing that put me in a great state and I was in an excellent position to go home to my family.

For that incredible win, I am truly grateful.

Today, I will be grateful for God, having forgiven me once again. Furthermore, I noticed once again, that Porn affects our perfomance and experience in REAL sexual life in a very poor way. Mayebe, this is a good reminder whenever I have an emergency situation once again, of how the enemy, that is Porn is venom for our lives.

 

Today I'm thankful for health, both mental and physical...and I don't want to disrespect this gift by wasting it on pornography.

1 day left, I will be reaching one half of 90 challenges. Back in the day, I had never lived without PMO for 7 days NEVER NEVER. When I joined NOFAP communities. My streak have been living without PMO day by day, which is 44 days for now. I can't believe it, It's awesome. And I definitely keep going and get rid of PMO. Today, I am refraining from PMO.

 

I have made it my goal not to PMO this week, i could instead use that time to learn more about our ancient civilizations and the truth of how God intended us to live. Porn will in no way make me feel more enlightened and happy, it ill just drain my energy. For this reason i hate porn and wont let it control me ever again. this week is just the beginning.
