Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not relapse because it took so long to get to where I am now even though I didn’t binge on my last relapse.

 

Today I will not PMO because I want to build a better tommorow

 

Today I will not use porn because there are real people out there I could be meeting!

Today I will not use porn because I need to heal my brain from serious addiction

 

Today I will not use porn because I know I'm better than that.

 

Today I will not use porn because I don't want to waste my life. I want to live and enjoy and stop regretting.

Today I will not PMO because if I don’t, then I will have gone my entire Christmas break without it. And will go back to work tomorrow with all of that momentum and positive energy.

 

Today I will not use porn because some wonderful woman out there is waiting for me to become a mature man and be valuable to her.

 

Today I will not use porn because I need to grow my confidence.

 

Tomorrow (Just relapsed) I will not use porn because I have to catch up with my life and follow my dreams.

 

Today i will not use porn because i made a promise to myself that 'I am going to improve and bring change to myself'.
And i love myself and i respect myself.
I can't stop caring about myself.
If i want me to succeed and do well in life, then this is the first step to take!
To do good, i have to get rid of the bad.
I have hurt and degraded myself soo much that i feel pity for myself.
This temporary pleasure giving entity called PMO has made me loathe myself!
I don't deserve to be hated. I am good and I can do good and i deserve to be loved!
I can't drift back to that abyss which makes everyone hate me(including myself) just because i couldn't resist half second of relaxation.
That half second of relaxation comes and takes everything good away from my life for days to come! I almost become and animal who has no control over his desires!
So no!
I have had enough!
I have decided to move forward!
No more of this bullshit for me!
I want to achieve real success and happiness in life!

 

Awesome post and spot on from my view. I appreciate the insight and intention. I am day 15 and full of shame and loathing but improving. Isolating a lot. Need more nurturing and self care.

Day 15. Its sad but i cant look at the loss. I am sick and now on best meds for it. I want to be humble.
