Day 1/90 I’m here to accomplish my goal! Happy New Year to everyone!!!

 

Day 9

 

Day 9 . I drank two big cups of soup last night and went to bed instantly without peeing. Wake up in the morning only to discover that i came.

 

Day 13/90

 

90 days! lets go, Day 0 complete! I do this for myself, My wife and my future.

 

Completed day 43/90, marching toward the halfway milestone.

 

Day 12/90. Built up some momentum for the new year!

 

DAY 7 Feeling much better. I haven't felt like this for along time.

 

35 days ! Happy new year

 

Day 8/90

 

Day 5 done, feeling better about myself and the progress i am making mentally. Its getting easier to say no to my thoughts and shake them out of my head

 

Relapsed again yesterday after 9 days.

Day 5. Discouragement won't make me tremble. PMO has nothing right in it so it's not a solution to any of my issues.

 

Day 91/90, 2017 done. Hello 2018 PMO FREE!
