Day 04/90. I'm on vacation, so I sometimes don't have time to check in, but I hope it'll be ok!

 

Day 58 (Season IV)

Yesterday, I was feeling bad. I wasn't able to stay present enought to control my thoughts. But then I gave my best, stoped my activities, meditated and suddenly came into a peaceful state. #mediation #againstcompulsion

Day 21. Not a bad start to my day. I've been thru about a year ago and done it for 60 days. Seems a little more easier this time around. But you are going to have your good days and bad days. You just have to fight thru it and have a good support system.
