Thank you for advice bro actually I am running everyday for 30 minutes but the cycle i need to break that after I am coming home from work need a rest and then I wanna watch sth and relapse. After this moment I will try to use laptop outside my room maybe it may help.
Day 6 and 7 check in....are anybody else's days off from work more busy that actually going to work? Or is it just me. At least being busy kept me distracted
Really need to stay on. Will check in every night. Want to accomplish something this summer and I don't have much time left. Nofap is one and I also wanna do some learning like programming or rendering and try is some e-commerce. Goals set.
This will be Day 0 for me on the 90 day challenge. I will make sure to post in this thread daily to help keep myself accountable, but also mention how I feel. I actually started reboot 14 days ago, but today I was looking at images which I would consider breaking p part of pmo...though I haven't done the mo part in 14 days which I think might make help the reboot process for me since the usually the first 3-7days I get really horny and can't stop thinking about having sex.
