Day 7.

 

Keep relapsing. Cant get past the first day. Don't know what to do. feeling down.....

 

Relapse after 18 PMO FREE, Day 0/7

 

Day 0. I was so close, but I let the stress get to me in the very last moments of last night. I'm going to go easy on myself for this one, but I've got to get right back on the road to kicking this thing. Different streak, same motivation now.

Day 5!!!!

 

@2525 I completed my 7 days challenge two weeks back and on Sunday I will be completing my 14 days challenge,that's 21 days of NoFap. I'm ready for the 21 days challenge which will make it a total of 42 days of no PMO.

 

Day 4 completed 10 hours ago.
