Day 0 I'm at day 2 on my current streak, but I need to try something different. Besides, if I go 7 days on this thread, I'll be at 9 days total! Let's do this.

Day 0 on hard mode. Sometimes you don’t realize how much of a grip this has over you today try to stop. However i have still seen some results!!! No p for a full week!! Now i just need no M or O for a week.
Day 7 complete.. Getting ready to upgrade to next challenge very soon. @2525 I made it! Total days: 14 days (since Dec. 25)
You've always crossed the halfway mark. At this point, don't worry about urges or anything like that right now. That was yesterday... Today: Stay focused and busy on aggressively getting after your goals in life. Do that and those 7 days will fly by!
My advice: Reflect for a minute on the past 7 days. Any lessons? Any close calls? After lessons learned, focus next on your BIG WHY. Why are you doing this and will the 14-day challenge fit into that goal? If so, GET AFTER IT.
Don't hope. MAKE IT WORK. 1. Use this time to identify your weak points and challenges 2. Focus aggressively on your goals in life (exercise, job, etc.). You'll need a new focus. 4. Start creating new habits and change your routine.
