    Shows that your transformation is in progress. Good sign. Do some healthy things, sports, a walk outside, visit friends or family, enjoy pets if you have.

    If you would have done PMO, you won’t be able to enjoy that things so much.

    Day 0 again, I relapsed to PMO.
    Battling the chaser effect the next couple of days is going to be tough :(

    Does anyone have any advice on how to battle during the transition of completing a previous challenge and starting a new one?

    Another saturday... i hope i dont lie to myself that i can watch a movie past my movie time because its saturday.
