Day 0.... I feel horrible, terrible I keep repeating the same thing restarting challenges..... Why is life so stressful ? Why can't I just stop this ?

Yeah it gets really tough sometimes. I'm going through it myself at the moment after a successful streak, I just can't seem to get going again.

Have you written out your reasons for wanting to stop, or what you're aiming for? A lot of people find that helpful. I just reviewed my own actually, to try to get back on track.
