Hi everyone, I've tried to abstain from PMO multiple times in the past and I'm 14 days in. I am super proud of myself and plan to go all the way. In the past my longest streak lasted at around 60 days. This was around 4 years ago. I've been PMO ing since i was 11 ish(Im 21 now btw). It has led to me having unrealistic expectations about sex and having multiple failed relationships. I look forward to being part of this community and could use all the help and support from all you guys.
Congratulations! Keep your guard up and learn from previous poor experiences. Truly P make us thing of sex in a complete unrealistic way and expectations. May your journey to healing be successful!
