  Thanks so much for this message man, I can't tell you how much it means to me. Seeing this note is part of what pulled me back onto nofap despite being ashamed of failure. Indeed, I will get up, fix what's wrong, and try again. I wrote a lot more in my journal about it too. Anyways, much success--and thank you again.
