Note to Self: The next 3 months of my life are extremely important. I cannot afford to lose this battle. A new dawn is on its way!

Made it extremely tough to access porn on my PC. This very act is somehow aiding the process. I didn't feel an urge today at all.

Stopped myself while PM. Hardest thing I've done in a long time. I hope the urge to o subsides soon. Going to take a walk now.

Dating apps derailed me. I'm off them now. Starting no PMO today once again. The only real way to stop feeling shitty.

How does one get back the insight and understanding which saved you once, but now is nowhere to be found?

Relapsed for real today. Feel like shit. I know I can do better than this. I'll come back stronger.

Relapsed on Day 48. Didn't use porn though. I'm going to get back up and try this again. I still feel good that I lasted this long.

Feels like someone just turned on the switch for my urges. There were none for the past one month and now it seems like an uphill task.

Had to fight a pretty strong urge today. I won. :)

I feel some power and energy now. :)
