I relapsed unfortunately after 30 day goal. I feel horrible about it. I'm going through learning from relapse training. You are the man for making it more than 100 days. I wish I could learn that.
No matter :) keep trying , it's a daily struggle , sometimes the body does not agree with the thoughts i have of No PMO , but vigilance is a must, .
Thanks for advice! Yeah, I can see that vigilance is key. Its difficult when I've been fighting it for while and my body wants to give in. But vigilance is the only way through it.
