So, what's your idea of a healthy lifestyle? For me: avoiding intoxicants avoiding carbs getting plenty of sleep (early to bed, early rise) positive thinking exercising moderately avoiding sugar and too much caffeine getting enough fiber and water I do struggle with discipline, so I don't manage all of these, but this is what I feel necessary for a healthy lifestyle (PMO related thing aside). What about you?
For me, living a healthy lifestyle in terms of body, mind and soul is what being truly healthy is for me. In regards to NoFap, it's to have a good, clean and positive mindset. Not consuming porn and chronically masturbating are also factors. Being an overall happy, healthy and clean person basically. In regards to everything else in life, there's too much to go into detail but for a basic idea of it: - Being physically fit (strength, stamina, cardiovascular health, diet...) - Being mentally strong (willpower, focus, mindset, self control...) - Being a good person (attitude, outlook on life, socially active...) Diet is a tricky one because everyone has their roots, an area following a specific culture and lifestyle. The most important thing is to have a healthy, balanced diet. That's about it, always working on improving myself!
