Urges and withdrawals even after 300+ days

Hi guys, just going to recount some things I've experienced in the last few days.

Earlier in the week, I started noticing my libido steadily increasing, after 100+ days of coasting (I wouldn't say it was due to flatline, I just think I finally settled into a routine where PMO didn't even enter my mind), I started to once again experience urges. This went on for a couple of days until last night, where the PMO withdrawals and urges hit me HARD. I spent a solid couple of hours practically fighting myself as an increasing part of me wanted to relapse. I was watching YouTube at the time and kept tabbing into incognito, almost looking up porn, and then closing the tab when I snapped out of it. In the end I realised I couldn't trust myself much longer and turned the computer outright off, and went downstairs to watch TV in the living room, figuring that once I was out of my room I would be able to stop any possibility of relapse by simply being away from my devices. Thankfully, it worked; almost immediately after going downstairs I felt the urges fade to background noise and was even able to return upstairs to read afterwards without feeling the desire to turn the laptop back on, which I easily could have done. I went to bed and slept for way longer than usual, and woke up feeling better. Suffice to say, I won that round, but I'm not out of the woods yet, I think it will take another few days, maybe a week of me being extra alert to avoid running into the same issues before things even out.

So, a cautionary tale for you all I suppose, a warning that, even long after 90 days no PMO, urges and withdrawals can still hit hard and fast with no warning and with no logical trigger, and that vigilance is ALWAYS important even if you think your urges have gone or you are fine, its always worth being careful. Having said all that, its also encouraging I hope, that it is very much possible to overcome these problems and come out the other side better for not giving into them. If I can do it I truly believe anyone reading this can as well.

I've been experiencing the same these last few weeks. Out of the blue, the fight got a lot worse.
