We all know the dangers porn can bring. It has brought much stress and trauma in our lives. I'm not sure if the growing NoFap has anything to do with this but I wouldn't be too surprised if it did. One of their main concerns is that children will watch porn. There are so many people on this website that got hooked as minors (I know I did). This is truly a step in the right direction.
You should read the book "Your Brain On Porn" by Gary Wilson. It explains a lot on the damage porn does to the brain. As far as stopping you need to have the will to do it and make an action plan to combat urges. You say you wake up and it becomes involuntary. This means that mornings in your bed is your main time and place trigger. I would figure out a way to get out of bed first thing in the morning. Before looking at you phone, or porn, or anything.
