My loss due to porn addiction

I was introduced to porn at an early age and haven't looked back since. I focused on porn so much that I kept myself cut off from other people, that is until I met my wife. We have been together sixteen years and she has recently left me due to the fact that for the past few years I have pushed her away and become less intimate with her ignoring her just so I could fap to porn. The separation has also impacted my kids and my grandchildren. I feel horrible and disgusted. I hate what I have done to my family.
