Hi all, Im new here, looking for help advice and support to stop looking at porn. Ive watched/lookes at porn for over 15 years, my generation grew up with it. its led to me avoiding intimacy with my wife, makes her feel bad as she knows Ive watched it and it is destroying my relationship. To cut a long story short, I suffer from social anxiety disorder and I worry about everything. To the point where I worry if whenever Ive looked at anything if i get viruses, if anyone has hacked my phone and stolen bank details or if someone ive looked at is definitely over age (to the point where ill only use search terms like milf or mature etc). I worry my self sick and convince my self something bad will happen and need support in breaking the reliance on porn (which Ive noticed tends to come during times of stress) Any good resources or topics you could point me too would be great. thanks

And are you in treatment for your anxiety? Are you taking your meds? It will be much easier to work on addiction if your anxiety and depression are under control.
