It does. Messed mine up for a while even after stopping. Of course PMO wasn't helping either. Even with my brief time without it though, the Lexapro didn't help.
2 weeks to 1 month for full effect. From what I've experienced it's not like you can't get an erection anymore but yes your desire for sex can go down drastically.
