For those of you with ED I reccomend an amino acid L-Arginine. It increases blood blow like the little pills. For ED the reccomended dose is 2000 mg a day on an empty stomach for 6 weeks. You will notice more firmness during the day and stronger erections. This with hard mode reboot will make a big difference in your life. The only drawback is the erections during reboot are very strong as well as the sex drive so the chance at relapse is greater.
What about L-Arginine and pycnogenol? are their draw backs to this? I took it for a month a while back. A tea spoon of L-arginine and 30mg caps twice a day of pycnogenol. I've been doing the same the last week but 60mg caps of pcynogenol once a day. I didnt notice much difference tbh, I only noticed that within a couple hours of a dose I could get bigger erections. I also dose before my work outs, it is a NO booster after all.
I am taking it. They are like horse tablets. Enormous. 3 a day when I can remember Might work. I am slowly coming out if a 5-6 month flatline So I am continuing
