Hey guys, I'm 26 and have had occasional times of freedom from PMO but for the most part have been addicted since I was about 13. It can be hard to share this with the people I'm around as there's a lot of shame about anything sexual in my community. Recently I was talking to my SO and decided to open up about this, and she encouraged me to open up to other people and find a way to stay off of PMO because I want to. I'm seeking for community and accountability to keep me away mostly from Porn, but I'm going to commit to the first 90 days Hard Mode and try to make that another 90 days. Once I reunite with my SO I'll re-evaluate if we go to Normal Mode. Thank you all for being an inspiration and an aide to live life my way and with my values, and to be a better person for those around me.
