From my experience, I think that wanking makes it shrink not grow. Having sex and abstaining from PMO is the best way to make it bigger. I have read lots of people say their penis shrunk during this 90 day challenge which is also normal as me too. The longer you abstain from PMO and the more human sex you get, will be the best way to keep it larger and healthier. That's my 2 cents on it anyway.
Going to bed. By the time I get up it will be 4 days. Had a significant battle today. God and I won. High stress situation. Had many temptations. Could not do it to myself. I could not bring myself to harm myself with PMO. Praise God.
Day 10. I'm breaking into double digits for the first time since I was 14. This is a big day. A huge day for me. 10/90. I'm more than 10% there. Just hang on for dear life now.
Relapsed after a month of no PMO feeling like I'm never gonna make it. But I'm not gonna let it out me down, I'll make sure I see the end of it
