52/60 11 So I have signed up to the gym a week ago and have been swimming every morning. Because it's another big monkey I want off my back. Being overweight, unfit, and not being able to wear 70% of my wardrobe, which is a shame because I have some smart kit. I read a lot of self help books and watch a lot of vids about getting better at this thing called life. And health is mentioned in every single one. Without a good healthy regime you are a lot less likey to succeed in your venture also it help keep you positive. So as I'm starting better life habits and quitting sh@t ones I just thought to say I do feel a lot better, physicaly not so much, but mentally hell yeah.
This flat lining and off and on depression is expected but geez!!!! I have to remember that porn is a major cause of loss of confidence and isolates you.
3/60 Today after class I fixed myself a nice meal, in the evenings i was studing, at night watched soccer, going to bed now.
2/60 Girls are slowly starting to notice me, whereas I'm becoming able to appreciate ther inner beauty and feminity rather than their bodies being hot or not.
