Day 22. I’ve fought off my recent urges thanks in large part to my meditation which has really helped me become extremely mentally tough. I’d recommend it to anyone hasn’t ever tried it. I know it seems kind of hokey but it definitely makes a big difference, I use an app called Headspace if anyone is interested in trying it out. Good luck guys!
You went 14 days, I bet you can accomplish a longer streak than that if you set your mind to it. You can set yourself up to win if you really want to. There is always a way.
Day 3 Again and I've relapsed like a fool. I"m getting the chaser effect. However i'm not giving up. I'm planning, preparing, going to extreme measures to avoid a relapse.
