You feel a little bit down, but you need to compensate with good exercise, quality music and cold showers, and a bit of meditation at the end of the day. These are the keys for me in order to reboot.
Day 15 Hardmode I have completed my 2nd milestone i.e. 14 day challenge and moving on to here. I know that I have to start from 0 but it doesn't make sense to me because I am looking at each [insert a number] challenge as one milestone. Like 7 day is first milestone, 14 day second milestone, 21 day third milestone etc.
