It's already something if you wanna get rid of pmo. Most ppl pmo and dont even know its bad for them. You know your problem, take small steps, focus on 5 days first, then 10 and so on. Just cut pmo asap and focus on what matters. You can do this, you are not alone in this! ☆
Leave the past behind you and look towards the present time and future with hope and courage. You can start again starting now :)
