Today I had strong urges. Throughout the day it chipped away at my willpower. I resisted. Cannot wait to get rid of this addiction.

  I know it, try to do things without willpower if you need to do them. I experienced it, too.

  Thanks for the advice friend. I think that it is important to be aware when you're in ego depletion and proceed to either restore willpower or place yourself in a position where you've placed barriers between your addiction. Shut down the pc, be outside with friends etc.
