I am a 34 year old male. I first saw pornography at about age 10 and have viewed it at times more and less since then. I've found porn to be an especially destructive force in my life in the past 10 years with increased accessibility online and more serious relationships, including my marriage. I am addicted to porn. I am sick of being controlled by porn and the negative effects it's had on me personally and in my relationships. I am joining NoFap to take regain control of my life and to harness my inner strength and power in a positive way.
