Hi I'm a 19 year college student with an addiction to masturbation and porn. I learned about the NoFap plan mostly on Bodybuilding.com, and I decided to give it a try starting today (my first clean day - Jan 22, 2015).

Recently I have been focusing on fitness, gaining muscle in particular. As I am writing this, I am tired most days and don't have much of energy. I believe my porn addiction is inconsistent with my goals of leading a healthy, productive life as a college student.

Also, I am a naturally outgoing person, but lately, I have found myself very shy around girls and guys, particularly guys that are stronger or more popular than I am. I think this is also because of perversion created through watching porn.

I have read of how amazing guys feel after they stop watching porn and masturbating, and I want to feel the same way. I want to feel more confident, clear minded, witty, friendly, and strong because that is who I am.
