Day 3 no pmo- went to the gym last night and feel good, but anxiety about going to university is still there, going to a mma class later tho
No pmo day 2. Things are going okay, still feel anxious but just throwing myself into my university work
No pmo day 1- brain fog there, but played football yesterday which seems to help. Playing today then going to dinner to stay busy
