I took too long of a break wich ended in a relapse but I am starting monk mode again wich is what go me so far in the first place
I ate a milk chocolate bar and stayed in bed a bit too long so I will consider that a relapse on my monk mode and try again in a few days
I also happen to have very little unwanted sexual desire compared to what I used to. It seems this has really given me a new purpose
Yesterday was day 6 Monk mode. I got to read the Bible in the sun and do my exercises it’s still going well
However I must say it has been a while since I’ve managed to keep my house clean for so long so I really like how this is going
Near the end of day 5 monk mode. Not much to say today since all day was spent at work
Yesterday was day 4 of monk mode. Spent all day at work so nothing new to say
Yesterday was day 3 of monk mode. It was a pretty busy and productive day still
Yesterday was day 2 of monk mode it was pretty good I am able to be way more productive.
Also got to do a 1 hour prayer and 30 min meditation
Day one monk mode was pretty good not wasting time on YouTube or other social media gave me more time to clean up the house wich was needed

Starting tomorrow I will be starting monk mode where every part of the day will be done doing something productive
