    Hi everyone ;

    It has been 77 days so far and i can easily say that today is the worst of all before. It become more intense for me , and during all the day , today, i was thinking about PMO. It has been longest time that i did not MO from the day i started as a kid , more than 15 years ago :)))
    I feel stressed and feel badly need for PMO to relax. I feel myself full with sperms :)))
    Do you think is it healthy to relapse during long periods or should i continue ?
    Anything you can say ?
