It's been over a year an a half since I lost the ability to get a full erection. I rarely masturbate anymore, and porn watching? close to 0. I should have seen some major progress... But I'm still struggling to acheive a 70% erection... whether alone or with someone... I'm truly gutted and wonder whether my PIED is permanent. My brain is damaged beyond FULL repair. It's like I've plateaued at 70%... If you haven't followed my journey- I'm fit and healthy, no meds, no depression etc. Just endless edging and porn in the past caused a RAPID onset (overnight) PIED. From which I've never truly recovered...
you can try the kegel exercises, you'll 100% improve your erections even if you brain is permanently damaged.
It has taken many people 2+ years to rewire from PIED. With that being said, you should see a doctor to rule out any physical causes just in case. If you are indeed fine physically, remember that no two reboots are the same and keep on moving forward with your rebooting lifestyle.
Thanks for the reply, but (and not to sound rude) of course I've been to see a doctor. (three docs actually!). Unfortunately they can never help. They ruled out everything I knew wasn't contributing to my PIED. So I gained no useful insight from them. I think I have permanent damage in my brain somewhere. I've taken viagro before in varying quantities and the max hardness is always around 70%. I'm 27 btw.
Excellent. That's a good sign! It's just taking a while for you to heal. It probably means you're okay.
yea mate, slow progress but having a libido even if small is progress. best thing you can do is continue to stop all p and m, and focus small libido on girls even if its just chatting
1) Do a blood test to see if you have low testosterone 2) kegel exercices can help 3) keep doing noFap, don't stop it 4) lifestyle changes (fix all bad habits, go to the gym etc..) 5) dietary changes (diet that improves testosterone levels) 6) see a urologist maybe it's a physical problem 7) maybe you don't suffer from PIED but from performance anxiety or other psychological problems related to sex Hope this helps
What’s weird is my erections aren’t 100%, but when I smoke weed, I get very good erections, almost 100%. Does anyone know what this means? Is this a good thing? Maybe you can try smoking weed
Yeah, my dink is kinda dead right now, I kinda wanna get lit to see what happens, I miss the little guy ;(
Idk it seems dead half of my reboot, but right now, I think I may be in flatline or its because it’s getting colder around here. I been having headaches and increase depression and anxiety, but I think that’s stress from work. So I’m not sure if I’m in flatline or not...
1. Done that. Testosterone at normal levels according to doc. 2. Will try. But I’m sure it’s brain related not kegel muscle related. 3. Will try! 4. Don’t smoke much but will stop. I do go to the gym. Have been for a while. 5. Testosterone normal. 6. Urologist is someone I’d like to see . Need to get referred first by my GP. 7. Can’t get hard to masturbate so it can’t be performance anxiety.
If weed helps you achieve erections I suspect your ED may be anxiety based. The weed relaxes your mind enough that you are able to get an erection.
Can I ask what stopped your erections a year ago? Did you have regularly ones before that? Have you had an Npt (nocturnal penile test) if not I highly suggest that you get to a urologist and get One. You may be having erections at night and not know. If you do then that probably means that it is a psychological issue not a physical one. I’m no doctor but at your age you should be having nocturnal erections from what I know. What are the doctors saying? Testosterone levels can be considered normal by some docs but not others. If you are borderline it could be causing you issues. Have you tried ED drugs do they help? Are you dating? Do you feel attracted to people? People that have PIED may not be totally cured in one year but they certainly see some improvement and not having an erection for that long is not normal for even a PMO addict. I think the NPT will she Light on this. I do notice that your signature says that you are not here to quit porn or deal with emotional issues. That last part could be the root of your problem. If the cause is emotional you can’t not deal with that. You must face it head on. If you are not in counseling get there ASAP. Sometimes you have to fight for your own health and diagnosis you can’t just rely on doctors. Don’t give up keep looking.
