A person can get Parkinson's disease when the brain cells that produce dopamine start to disappear. Just a word of warning to be careful. Please
While this may be true, you're still going to potentially scare people into relapsing. This is like the old "not masturbating gives you prostate cancer" thing.
Do you really think releasing dopamine or doing orgasm will help to prevent prostate cancer. Its like smoking 10 cigraettes a day will help you to prevent from lung cancer.
I'm not a research scientist, so I have no idea whether or not "doing orgasm" will prevent or increase my chance of getting cancer. What I do know is that saying you'd rather get cancer and die than jerk off to some porn is a ridiculous thing to say, and is the kind of nonsensical bullshit that NoFap could do without. Life is a complete gamble when it comes to the big C anyway.
I've also experienced the symptoms you've described above, bar the deathgrip and DE. I completely understand why everyone here wants to quit porn, as it destroys us from the inside out due to our abuse of it. All I'm saying is that if someone had a gun to my head saying "watch porn and jerk off or I'll kill you" I know what I'm gonna do... I've got too much to live for, which ironically is the reason I quit in the first place! I'm 100% behind no PMO, I just am of the opinion that some users on here take it a little too far...
Dude wtf its not disappearing its just healing thanks for thinking about other people but remember that there are lots of people who are suffering from depression, anxiety and flatline so before you post it please do your research well enough. It can trip people out
Maybe that is true, I don't know. But what causes dopamine factory cells to disappear? I also don't know. I discount your statement because it has no evidence and is ridiculously ambiguous.
Not sure what you are referencing. I would appreciate the name of the study or publication where you are pulling your info from. In 2003 Dauer and Przedborski published a review in Neuron titled "Parkison's Disease: Mechanisms and Models" where they do state that the loss of dopamingeric neruons accompanies the disease. They suspect that the loss of the neurons comes from protein aggregation or oxidative stress from outside toxins. If you are suggesting that quitting pmo will damage your brain's ability to produce dopamine and lead to a loss of the dopamingeric neruons, I suspect you have been mislead. If you wish to do your own research google has a decent search tool for research publications and pubmed is also available for free.
My sincere apologies everybody. I didn't mean to raise such hatred against me. I apologise but I most definitely am just saying that I will still not do any pmo regardless of what's been said here
You have reminded me about this thing and I have also wrote this in my article search for my article and read comments you will see
