I respectfully disagree with you. I think this is a common myth here.
For me, I feel shitty after I masturbate. If it's so good, why do I feel so lousy?
I do think sex is healthy, as long as you don't do it too much and within the context of marriage.

Seems the question "is ist ok?" to many is identical with "is it a sin?" And here we are in some religious category. As a non-religious person the only sin to me is wasting time.
