So I stumbled upon the Briggs-Myers Personality test about 3 years ago. This test helped me understand who I was. I was shocked by how accurate it was. While critics of the test say that it becomes unreliable over a period of time, it's always got me right every time. Test: https://www.16personalities.com/ I got ISTJ which seems to be the most common personality type. What did you guys get? Do you think it's accurate?
I've taken the test before. Can't remember what, but I think it'd be fun to take again after the reboot.
What famous people do they say your like? Apparently I'm like William Shakespeare, JRR Tolkien and Alicia Keys. And it kind of makes sense since I like all their work (especially Alicia Keys).
Famous people with my personality type : - Gandhi - Plato - Al Pacino - Nelson Mandela - Oprah Winfrey - Aristophanes - Mel Gibson - Jamie Foxx Apparently my personality type is the rarest of all the 16 personality types with less than 1% of the population having it & statistics show that in this day in age, more women have my personality type than men do . But I'm a male soo But this what makes us all great !
I have another more accurate one, but more difficult: http://www.keys2cognition.com/explore.htm Also notice about temperaments too, there are 4 temperaments based on Keirsey's theory: The Guardian SJ : ISTJ, ISFJ, ESTJ, ESFJ , stable, stubborn The Artisan SP : ISTP, ISFP, ESTP, ESFP , active, careless The Catalyst: INFJ, INFP, ENFJ, ENFP , innovative, fantasized and The Rational: INTJ, INTP, ENTJ, ENTP , smart, cold
Got the same result, ISTJ, but it linked me close to ISFJ and ESFJ(definitely not an E, so that's out) as well. I didn't get a temperament with the test results so I'm guessing the test isn't based on the Keirsey theory?!?
No it's based on mbti functions, but the temperament result is very reliable. So you definitely have SJ temperament, so do I , I think i'm ISFJ.
