If you were the king/president of your country, would you ban porn? If yes, what would you tell people who complain that their freedom is being taken away?
i my process of reboot ihis week i make some clinical tests. Results high levels of cortisol, testosterna in low levels, vitamin D in low levels, thyroid in low levels, triglycerides in high levels, cortisol in high levels. And i make a RM today and i will do Clinal tests about my dopamine, serotonin, adrenaline, Dapa, etc...Since i left porno movies my brain started to nead more nicotine, more cafeine more sugar. this things increase the levels of dopamine. But i didnt stop mastubation. And when a year ago start to go in relations sites was my ultimate ruin. photos, cybersex whit "real" girls in camera, onother way of pornography. our brain can destroy us because the drug dopamine is in our brain and all the things that have dopamine the brain will hunt. Cybersex is he most potent drug that exists and creates greater dependence. Dependence much greater than cocaine or crack. It is not a matter of violating the right of expression, this right can not be more valid than the sacred right to be human and who falls in this drug, a past with sexual abuse, a solitary childhood or adolescence that was not properly followed By the parents or by the person being obessive, or for any other reason, runs the risk of being completely annihilated. We can not sell souls by lifting our arms with freedom of expression. If it has been scientifically proven that this drug is more potent than crack, for the same reasons that crack is illegal pornography, especially on the Internet, should be totally banned. I know I'm being radical but who benefits only the shareholders of the companies that produce them, that we can treat them by big traffickers. Either the actors or actities practicing pornography are sold for money. This money becomes attractive to those who have no job or other means of survival, namely slavery and diseases, particularly of mental illness, for the actors, for the consumers, and for society. It took a lot but a lot of pain, that I still spend and lose everything, but everything, and I do not talk about material things, I'm talking about health and family, to be giving my testimony. I am a lawyer but because I am a lawyer, it does not make me less or more human. I can interpret laws and facts. Faced with the facts and scientific articles pain loss of health that this drug causes how can we face it? We can only fight so that this drug is banned and considered illegal all over the world.
Porn is a serious public health crisis.. Those sick ppl need to put a fkin warning label on that shit! Not only does it massacre your health it also messes up sperm which means kids born with problems.. I seriously wonder how much testosterone future generation will have this is fkin terrorism not often you see manly men they get rarer as time goes by
No, it is a profitable business and many will find ways to get to it and if it is banned, people caught with porn will unnecessarily be chucked into prison even at a faster rate than drug possession
I honest as a king or president or whatever (Its there is porn then it would be modern times) First fund scientists and stuff to research more deep in to PMO. And i would probably ban prostitition and porn.I would tell complaining people or show them what scientsts and and the expirements results. Porn is obviously bad, they will see(There is all ready evidence but more) And same with masturbating.
Who is "they"? My point is, no one forces us to be hooked on porn, just like alcohol and cigarettes. If someone wants to be hooked on all these things and live a pathetic life, they should have the liberty to do so. It doesn't harm anyone else. Out of these three things, only alcohol has a true ability to interfere with someone else's life and liberty.
The way I see it, "They" clearly refers to the government. And @IggyIshness does have a point (so do you, by the way). Of course it doesn't harm anyone else if you "decide" to be hooked on something and live a pathetic life, but the problem is: It's not a conscious decision! Alcoholism for instance is insidious and happens gradually, just as PMO addiction is. First you feel good, then you can't get enough of that wonderful duff and before you know it, you're in a downward spiral you can't (and oftentimes don't want to) get out of. Far too many fall for that trap. Just as little kids who start smoking and drinking in groups because they think it makes them look cool and adult-like. Before they know it, they buy a six pack of beer for themselves to counter shitty emotions and light a cigarette bc they're feeling nervous. So if the government is concerned about its citizens' health enough to ban drugs such as crack, crystal meth, and LSD, then why doesn't it ban cigarettes or alcohol or porn? Because "they" want us hooked on these things. They want us caffeinated enough on weekdays to be productive members of society, and to be alcoholics on weekends so we dumb down and don't complain too much or make any trouble regarding the system. They know how potentially devastating these substances are to a vast number of individuals with addictive personalities, yet they still keep them legal so they can reap the trillions of taxes paid for them.
@Sadder_But_Wiser Hmmm. I honestly don't think alcoholism is something that is not a conscious decision. I've never tasted alcohol in my life. I consciously chose to do so because I see it's effects on other people, and I want to make that sacrifice to avoid it. I made a conscious decision to view porn when I was younger too. It was a horrible decision. However, I don't want the government to have control over whether I was able to do it, even if it's bad for peoples' health. With the drugs, I may have a different viewpoint as to whether the government should be controlling many of the substances it does, but that's a different topic and I don't expect many people will be persuaded to my viewpoint. Good points though.
Making conscious decisions requires you to be self-aware in the moment. I congratulate you on making the decision not to even try alcohol in the first place, but as someone who had an alcoholic in the family, I can assure you that it's not a conscious decision for those people, especially not once they're hooked. They literally become their addiction and there is no conscious awareness left in them to make any choices. Even if they really feel like wanting to stop in the morning, they could find themselves drinking again in the evening - oftentimes without a conscious recollection of pouring a glass of wine or lighting a cigarette or pmoing. They just find themselves sitting in front of the TV sipping wine all of a sudden. They just zone out completely. I know it sounds ridiculous and freaky, but this is the reality for many drinkers / smokers / fappers. They are not themselves anymore, and it's not their fault that they get hooked. Other people may use these substances and somehow always remain in control. So it's really hurtful to tell those people it's their decision to get hooked on something and live a pathetic life, as if they consciously decide to become addicts. Who in their right mind would do that? They might make the decision to drink, but not to become dependent upon it. I understand where you're coming from though and you too have good points. Besides, banning alcohol wouldn't work anyways, as history has already shown.
We need to be smart enough for our jobs but dumb enough not to question it. Honestly if your educated about these things and is smart, You wouldnt do PORN because you know its bad, Nor achohol or cigerettes. Of course people will still do, But the numbers will go down a lot. Fpr example my friend is a PMO addict. He told me how he is feeling and he says the exact side effects of pmo(anxiety, tiredness(fatigue)) He probably has no idea that PMO causes these problems.. only if he was educated about in or went on nofap..
Yes I would ban it in every form, and initiate order 61 on the dark web creeps. No amount of awareness lessons and restrictions can stop people's curiosity. It needs a blanket ban and all evidence needs burning.
I like being one of the few who actually knows the harm of porn and masturbation and has control over sexual temptation. I am at an advantage over so many and have a much higher quality if life unbeknownst to everyone who is caught in the trap of pmo. Its survival of the fittest. On the other hand though, people need to be enlightened on the situation. I think the best decision is to educate people on the matter and intergrate the concept into society and make it more socially acceptable. A ban dosent seem like the right answer at least in the short term, people need to ease out of it over time. People dont deserve to be cheated out of a better life because companies take control of their natural tendencies... Especially all the young people that become consumed by this addiction. (Im in highschool and the way kids view sex is even worse than you think). Unfortunately things seem to be going in the wrong direction, the best we can do is choose the right path for ourselves and do our best to enlighten those willing to listen.
Why should porn exist. If we all don't want to watch it, then it should be removed and banned. Besides if it never existed it's not like economies wouldn't exist. The world will keep spinning if the porn industry was no more. Adult performers would just be in regular jobs, managers would just be in regular jobs etc. Theres talk a country passing law to force porn sites request idenitification from visitors to control underage people watching porn, and to monitor adult users. I will love this to happen because I will never watch porn again. I value my online anonyminity more than porn.
Absolutely, yes I would. Porn is detrimental to the performers, the consumers and society. It is undeniably linked to illegal human trafficking. The ONLY people who benefit are the producers, receiving millions of filthy dollars. It is the sickest, deepest, most widespread obliteration of human rights and basic morals that has ever existed. People should NOT have a choice to participate in and encourage this industry. Is it easier to educate the whole world so they don't want to watch porn, or just ban it? Banning of course, because even if everyone received sufficient education, there would still be many who just ignore it. Porn needs to be shut down. bullsh*t. Yes! Curiosity left to fester is very very powerful. Wasn't it curiosity that got all of us in the beginning? Better to take preventative measures to protect our young people I say.
Ban the websites? Oh I'm way past that. This is what I'd do. I'd raid their headquarters and force the employees to perform on each other each and every single sex act/position they've been feeding our brains at their websites, and then I'd bring their manager and subject him to the worst gang rape at the hands of some hired thugs. Finally, after having taped all of that I would force them all to watch the new sex tape and masturbate to it 90 times a day for a full year so that they can get a taste of their own medicine, those bastards!
