Hey guys ! Everytime i reboot, after about a week this is what happens everyday : I am tired when i go to bed, but everytime i almost fall asleep, i wake up again in a kind of shocking way, like my body doesn't want me to fall asleep. Alot of times my leg or my arm make funny movements when this happens. I also wake up many times in the middle of the night and have more nightmares then normal. Now i always wake up way before my alarm, and then i am tired all day..... How can i get some normal sleep ?
This is normal for the reboot, i found it only lasts a week or two so hang in there. Try excersising during the day and dont take naps
Try reading before bed to tire your eyes out. Also melatonin to supplement your sleep cycle, and sleepy time tea to calm you and wind you down.
What about waking up several time in the middle of the night and before my alarm, not because i need to pee, just because i can't sleep anymore... it's very annoying
excercise i already do 3 4 times a week, maybe i can add a 15 minute walk before i go to bed. thanks mate
In addition to what other have already mentioned, try not using the computer, phone, tablet etc. before going to bed. They emit blue light that tricks your brain into thinking it's daytime. Reading a Kindle or similar e-reader should be fine. Tire yourself out during the day. If you run a few kilometers during the day or do some other exercise and still can't fall asleep, you probably have more serious sleep problems. If you wake up during the night the important thing to remember is not to get irritated. If you can't sleep, don't toss and turn in your bed, get up and do something (but avoid computers and other monitors because of the blue light). Reading is perfect for me in such situations.
I don't believe so. It's a natural occurring thing in our body, this is just a supplement. It's not prescription or a medication.
Just asking.. Before you decided to join nofap, do you masturbate before sleep? I recommend before sleep: 1. Drink milk 2. Take a bath
