Day 0 of 30 (Technically Clean but am starting tomorrow so as to knock out all of April) @OnceMoreIntoTheFray and @GotrekGG I see we are all at the beginning of this journey. Do you want to travel together? (metaphorically speaking) We can check in with each other at the end of the day and even during the day if we feel weak or just need a little support. I saw a video by Dopamine Focused Warrior that said something like around Days 7 - 9 you can reach your low and stay there until around Day 21 - 23 if I remember correctly so I totally appreciate you would be struggling right now but if you can hold tight for about a week to weak and a half you should start to climb upwards in terms of neurotransmitters and hormones which I'm told should help you feel better. (WTS, the most I have been able to do has been around 15 so there is no judgment on my part) Hope this helps a little
