It was in fact, not the final day 0. But, I think today is a great day to start again.

 

Day 5 of 90

 

Day 7 No PMO Good day but felt compulsive in the evening. I meditated and turned it over to my Higher Power and felt much calmer.

Staved off temptation today - a situation where I usually just cave. Feeling solid about that. More details in my journal.

Anyone else's day 0s seen to come more frequently? I've sworn of my incessant snacking to aid with my self control. Off to another adventure.
