Doing good, I set a new bench PR and I've been in a good mood to draw, hung out with my buddy from high school and just keeping myself away from social media and busy

Sorry for not checking in often, I checked in on Friday and since it was the weekend I decided to cut off and be strict about internet because I knew I would end up getting distracted or scroll social media mindlessly

I still have a long way to go, right now I can get through the day without going on anything but youtube for music but once I get home I easily slip into the mindless scrolling habit because I draw and end up getting distracted
