    Try not to get out of it but rather do accept it. Accept it as it is. Make peace with loneliness. It is a sensation, a feeling. It won't last forever. And yes, it's not something we want to feel. It sucks. Loneliness alone is hard, our reaction to it and wanting to get rid of it makes it worse. Therefore find peace with it, accept. Say: Ah ... loneliness ... hi ... now let me see for how long you last :)
    Besides refocus. Focus on what's going well, focus on your vision, focus on study, focus on something that brings you joy. Read, go to the cinema, exercise, go for a walk. Try and find out. Stay strong and keep going so the growing comes with it.
