    Checking in Saiyan's!

    82 Days Free of PMO.

Quality rest last night, had a great workout and exposure session yesterday . I am to do the same today, bit of an earlier start as I'm starting work earlier today, so I need to get certain habits done before I start working.

It's interesting because my mind is trying to to ward me off an earlier exposure "It's too early, what if ..". Time to prove it wrong and show it the way once more.

    Keep training!

@Revanthegrey No matter what bro, keep coming back and keep trying. Never give up!

Ah excellent. you made due with what you have.

I wonder if I'd be able to study in bed?

Sometimes it's cold, raining and that makes me wanna stay inside. But I still gotta study. I guess I'll try to do 5 days a week. Trying to do everyday feels to be impossible

    Sup Z Warriors

Crazy but, here I am combating PMO addiction with all my fellow addicts. Ah, my neck is aching a tiny bit from doing handstand pushups. I should've done them chest to wall style. Also I should maybe just not do them? lol

I'm gonna try to use my 30lb weight vest seeing as no one wanted to buy it.

I'm trying my best to stick and stay in the no PMO group calls. I gots no gym memberships so I suppose I can afford $40 a month. It's also seems the be very essential to me. For helping me stop PMO and stay stopped.

    Buddha help me

  9. I nowadays feel sleepy while studying in bed, which is not good. So trying to switch to study table but it's tough. I'm not able to focus while studying on study table because of lack of comfort that I get while studying in bed. The posture is also bad while studying in bed and better on studying table, so I'm trying my best to cultivate this new habit.

I'm also able to study mostly 5-6 days a week. I had exams in last 2 weeks. So had to take a break for 3-4 days to recharge myself this week.

  10. This trick worked perfectly for me, as I immediately switch my focus to a book then - ve PMO thoughts start fading instantly.

  11. Day 52
Urges have started settling down. Had some tough couple of days but got a quality sleep today and woke up in a really amazing mood. Hoping today will be better. As I have analyzed before change in environment resulted again in urges. I've to work on this matter and get it sorted.

    Day 7

I'm in ok mood. But not so sure if I had enough sleep. It doesn't feel I'm super exhausting.

At the gym yesterday, pretty good. Some of my exercises, I'm not far off with my strength which I am glad to say. Needs keep going again despite me trying to lean out.
No real women besides one regular which she is already married. Little to none (urges) to my surprise.

Going again to the gym soon or later. I will see what the temptation is for this day.

Any way, one thing I have to say is I agree and I kept saying to this to myself before @Redemptionisrequired said anything (If I ever heard him say it). The people that relapsed or will relapse later, you have to keep coming back. You will never lose unless you quit. This is hard mode after all.

One last thing, I said to myself to the ones are succeeding or struggling, you have to come in and check in often. No need to say sorry just check in every day. There someone here was doing well until one day relapsed. A bit surprised because I was reading his personal stuff in my time on what he was going through. He was doing well. So it seems as if it is working for them. To my assumption, it is not required here to do it every day but most likely I think you have to. Just my suggestions because I see it is working for you. Again, I can do this myself and check in whenever I want to do. Because I have the time to do it every day. But I have noticed some are actually succeeding because of checking in often or every day.

So you relapsed? Keep coming back and don't stop if you want this. Because I kind of don't want to hear the excuses tbh. It will depend on what you say that will make me upset & disappointed.

Any way, I will try to be more compassionate and supportive along the way as well. This was brought up in another challenge of mine. That's it.

    Keep Training Saiyans!

Not much to say, yesterday was very productive and I was successful in what I set out to do for the day. Today is another busy one so forgive me on the brevity of my check in.

    Keep training!
