62/90 Another great day. New child arrived home so gotta prepare for sleepless nights. Hopefully can keep myself mentally strong, even if I am exhausted.
Day 4 today. It is very hard to control the lust and cravings. But, having been on this path before and relapsing after 25 days the last time, I realized that these lust and cravings appear because of some red flags like Instagram, tiktok, youtube, etc. So, I am trying to clear my feed on all social media of anything arousing and deleting some useless apps as well. I promised myself that I will not repeat my past mistakes from now on and will fight harder to defeat the pmo devil and I shall fulfill that promise to myself. More Power from the Most High God. Let's go.
Day 2 completed. I deleted some of my social media apps as well: facebook, instagram and reddit. I have to say it's really freeing and I feel like I have so much extra time on my hands now. Though sometimes it can get boring without them and I will have to urge to turn to P. Got to stay vigilant!
Day 5 today. Having started this detox from pmo process, I feel like I have suddenly so much extra time and realized that I used to waste all this time before watching and doing pmo. It gets to you as you have never witnessed this before and your body starts to crave that 5-minute high when you relapse. This is a prime example of a red flag. I need to keep myself busy and not let boredom get to me or that will again start the spiral of pmo. Wishing everyone power and stability to continue this journey and evolve to be a better man.
Day 0 Hello, I want to tell you that I am back in the recovery process again. I was not doing well and here I am committing to my recovery again. I am not only counting days, but also wins and my routines. I will do my evening routine after a couple of hours which consists: Breaking the cycle(I am on chapter 3) Brushing my teeth Taking my supplement
