Thanks for the advice. I appreciate it. It is certainly wiser to add a habit at a time. However, I am doing a kind of a little experiment to see what my limits are if I apply some type of austerity and self discipline in my life. I want to see what works and what doesn't. Do I have enough energy to cultivate all the habits or not. Which habits will stick and which wont? What is the limit of my will power? That's all!
