1/3 You need to set a goal for the day guys. It's all about motivation and determination. Your motivation to succeed must beat the motivation to relapse. Think about your goal when you have an urge. Consciously reject all the PMO advertising.

Day 3!!! Staying busy and going for walks while listening audiobooks helped me. I can recommend Atomic Habits - good stuff. Or watching youtube content. I am not going to try to say I am the winner here. This is the first time in 2months I am clean for 3days. The booked and youtube vids helped me. Mainly just working hard. Thinking about whats my daily actions and where I am heading if I dont change. Just keep on pushing! You got this! See you in 7day challenge boys!
2/3 What kept me on track was counting the hours. My last relapse was at 11PM two days ago. When I looked at the clock, and it was 3PM, I thought 15 hours on nofap plus 1 one hour bonus (16 hours). then 17 hours, ... then 22 hours, then 23 hours ...(only one hour to reach my goal). Then I went to sleep. I stayed away from the laptop (I don't enjoy browsing the net on the mobile). In addition, somebody asked me yesterday to be his AP, I wanted to live up to this person's expectations. What's more, my stats for this month are pathetic. I built my motivation. But it's always one day at a time and I add this day to my private counter. You did it once, @think with your humanity, so you can achieve it again and again.
3/3 I managed to compelete this challenge but I woke up at night and relapsed. Anyway if I manage to save the next night, I'll start this challenge again. PMO and nofap are a question of choice. Determination and focus on the goal are crucial.
