I felt the exact same way when I found this community. For a long time I seemed to be the only who cared about my problem, everyone I talked to about it didn't even treat it as a problem. They just said it's "natural" and "okay" but to me it felt far from any of those. So finding this place was a big relief, and it has been a great help.
