Go do something else. Think about why you’re in this program and what your goals are. Imagine her watching you thinking about this. Imagine yourself watching yourself think about it. How do you feel about yourself? How would she likely feel? Go for a run and don’t stop or slow down until you stop thinking and you’re out of breathe. Imagine you putting that fantasy into a filing cabinet, locking it and going on about your day.
I replace them immediately by using good music. It is so accessible these days. What works for me is Spotify, rather than YouTube which has so many sexually provoking videos. If my mind is still struggling to focus on the music, I keep listening and look at Wikipedia to find out about the artist or the song or the album it came from. This always works. Good luck.
