It has to be a split between The Thing and Alien. Carpenter and Scott employ paranoia and real human fear in these films and it's amazing.
90s Cape Fear was a good thriller but some of the silliness dissuaded me from calling it a horror film.
Yeah lol. I know I'm missing the point by saying this but it started getting infuriating that the father didn't just take matters into his own hands sooner. Watching him skirt around doing what he obviously needed to do was so annoying.
I would've bought a shotgun as soon as I saw some loud-shirt wearing greasy dude popping up wherever I was.
